Wanted to know on how to add more options under the Linked Issues label in Jira

Hi ,

Is it possible to have few more values added as part of the "Linked Issues" label ? For now it shows option as "Blocked", "Is blocked by " , "Cloned" , "Is cloned by " ......... , attached is a screengrab for the same .

To my knowledge , since this is not a custom field , the values inside can not be modified . Please guide .

Hi @Pranav Somani 

You will need to add additional issue link types to your instance.

If you have Jira administrator privileges, you can do this from the Issue linking admin screen by going to Settings (⚙️) -> Issues -> Issue linking and adding a new link type.

This is a global setting and will affect all projects in your Jira instance.

I am not sure whether or not I have Jira admin privileges. 

Can you please provide

• Screenshots where to check and see whether I do have admin privileges?
• Where exactly to find this Settings menu that you mentioned above?
