We want to move to Tempo Timesheets but are worried what would happen to all our old data

Hi there,

We currently use 'Timesheet Reports and Gadgets for JIRA Cloud - Prime Timesheet'

We would like to stop using the prime timesheet and move over to Tempo. We are worried about what would happen to all our old data. 

This has led to a few questions:

1. If we install Tempo Timesheets, will it sync all the data from prime timesheet to Tempo?

2. What will happen if we remove Prime Timesheet from our apps once the data is synced? Will it keep all the old data associated to the work logs? 

3. Is there anything else we should know before we commit to moving over to Tempo

Hi Ethan,

It used to be Security Policy but can't find it easily. Basically all Time Tracking Data is stored within JIRA and you won't loose anything by uninstalling Prime Timesheet. And then, Tempo will migrate data to its database.
