What is the meaning of (has site access vs no site access)?

Hi @AA_PH 

This visualises the "Has Site Access" toggle in a user's profile.

This is whether a user has access to your Cloud instance or not (i.e can login).

To view this:

  1. Click on a user
  2. The toggle is above the product access toggles

Ola @AA_PH , Até onde eu sei, a diferença é:

Tem acesso ao site: é que acessa e tem permissões para abrir chamados e acessar produtos, nem sempre que tem acesso ao site tem acesso aos produtos, como exemplo:

XPTO = Tem acesso ao site mas não tema acesso aos produtos como JIRA SOFTWARE ou JIRA SERVICEDESK, ou seja ele pode entrar no canal e abrir chamado porem não tem acesso a eles (isso influi no faturamento também).

Nenhum acesso ao site: a pessoal com o e-mail cadastrado não consegue nem abrir chamado no portal com o e-mail informado.
