What's the pricing model to assess new apps in Jira marketplace before scaling it on all accounts?

I'd like to assess new apps in Jira marketplace (for reporting) before buying and scaling it on all Jira accounts (about 1400). I don't want to pay for all before to be sure of.

Is there a pricing model to promote this kind of discovery? At the moment it's quite blocker to try, to adopt and to introduce new apps in own Jira domain.

You can try apps for a 30 day trial. Best practice it to test new apps on a test server before installing on your production server.

I would not have chance to try them properly due to lack of data in test server env. None use the Jira staging env

Restore a backup of prod to the staging server.
