I was using the plugin which we developed and it was working fine but now, https://{instance}/atlassian-connect/all.js is not loading.
Could you please have a look on the issue. Our customer is getting impacted.
This is likely caused by the deprecation of all.js per https://community.developer.atlassian.com/t/deprecation-of-xdm-e-usage/32768 - this was announced a few months ago and our team reached out to Vendor developers through any channels available to them. If you apply the fix in the article above (which is pretty trivial) your apps will start working again.
If you're a customer of the app and not the Vendor then find the app on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ and contact the Vendor with the instructions above.
Our custom apps are having the same problem. They were working fine yesterday.

This is impacting us too. Our primary time tracking plugin has just stopped working, and it appears to be due to getting a 404 on the all.js, this is causing us a major impact.
