Hey - does anyone know why i may be restricted from @'ing colleagues in my organisation?

I will type @ followed by a work colleague's name (i.e. @Dave) - the text format shows as blue but then when i press the space bar to type the next word in the sentence the text goes black and the link breaks. I'm left with no tag just the text.

Hope that makes sense - can anyone help?

Hi Adam

I think you should look into if you have the Browse Users and Groups Global permission.  I think that permission is necessary for you to @mention someone.

Your Jira Administrator can see if you are in the groups that is granted the Browse Users and Groups Global permission.

Il hope this could be helpful for you:
