Data in a custom field (e.g. acceptance criteria) can be updated and saved, but the saved changes only show when the page is refreshed
I have a similar problem and I have raised a support ticket with Atlassian - in my case we have migrated Jira and Zephyr squad from on -premise to cloud. The migrated issues have a field "acceptance criteria" . When we add description to this issue and try and save it by clicking on the check sign in right bottom then the description shows as saved in same screen, however when we refresh the browser page to open the same issue again, then the saved description in acceptance criteria field is not available .
I have raised a support case with Atlassian and once we have a resolution I will post it in here
