deleted validation rule still working !!!

i use Kanban board , and try to move a task from Backlog to Proccess column , but a pop window ( below ) appears , and ask to fill task time ( error in greek ) . It is a validation rule that i deleted from workflow . And i can't move no one task to this column .....

i try to delete this column and create a new one .... but still works !!!!

You have a Validator in your workflow on the transition to the Process (?) status. Remove it if you don’t wish to require the due date be set. Also remove the screen from the transition if desired.

thanks , it is a required field but it has to do with validator in transition .
