So i am dealing with a possibly easy question or difficult. I have a basic auto email set up. Once issue is transitioned from status 1 to status 2 send email to {{Issue.Email}}
If I manually move the issue it emails but, I have now about 5 issued transitioning at once and I see no notification that an email was sent.

how did you setup the "automail" via automation or via something else?
if you used an automation first thing you should do it's go on your auth from that you should see the audit log and see where is the error if in the condition or in other parts, I think this a great helpt to check the real issue

Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of your rule? As well I would be interested in what the audit log is showing when the rule is triggered or if it is even being triggered.
