restrictions for jira administrator

Hello everyone!

I'm wondering if there is a way for a owner of to restrict access to some specific settings or projects for a Jira administrator (the one that has access not only to project settings but to whole Jira administration as well)

so he/she could manage things like workflows, issue types, etc but only in SOME projects without any access to other or could have access to Issue settings without access to Lira settings

In order to restrict project access for teams, kindly refer the article here.

AFAIK, as per the current design of Jira, org admin can not be restricted to access project settings for some projects.

But unfortunately I can't find the info I need in the articles above.

Is there a way to restrict some permissions for the site admin/org admin who can edit issue security schemes, project roles etc. 

or if a person is an org admin he/she can edit all the settings in all projects and there is no way to restrict access to some projects or settings?
