shall we move to standard plan from premium plan?

    We have  premium access, we want to  purchase more users in standard plan.

 is it possible to purchase?

HI @Jira Admin , I'm afraid I don't really understand your question.

With any Cloud plan (Standard or Premium), you can add license seats ("purchase more users"). Both the Standard and Premium plan have a limit of 20,000 users per site.

You can switch from the Premium to the Standard plan again to pay less per license (and then add users afterwards) Please note that you'll also lose the Premium features available in that plan.

Hi @Jira Admin ,

No you can't buy Standard plan licences if you are using the premium plan, the plan applies to all the users of a product.

Which means if you are using Jira Software Standard and Jira Service Management premium, all your JSM users will be on a premium plan and all the Jira Software users on a Standard plan.

Hence in your case you only have to options : 

1. Buy premium licences for the new users you want to add
2. Downgrade to Standard plan for all users
