Recruitment template board and automation

Hi all, I've been encountering some issues and was hoping to get some help 

- When I create an automation rule when an issue is transitioned from status A to status B, I only see the outcome of the rule on Status C. If I move all of them (To get to status C I can set from: status A; to: status B) I can't solve the issue of status B, where I there's no status prior A. 

- I'm using the recruiting template for issue type: candidate, but I can't find any candidate on the board once I create it. I tried with the filters but no luck.

Can you provide screen images that show the complete automation rule and also show us the details of the Audit Log for execution of the rule?

Can you walk us through the scenario step by step? Are you not getting the result you expect, or do you need help enhancing your automation to handle an additional case?
