I was trying to create a group in Jira Atlassian v7.0.4 and it has only three options
As Administrator
As jira-Softwar-users
Remote Users
And say in my project various roles team members are there for Managers,Team Leads only if I want to share I wanted to create a Group but that provision isn't available I tried creating by going to "User Management" and created a group but that Group doesn't get populated when I select "Groups"
Could any one advise how to create groups and add users based on the respective team members right now that limitation is there in v7.0.4 or v.7.0.11
Kindly advise!

After creating a group in the user management ..you also need to configure the group by adding members or the group to the role in the project
it is done through the project setting and users role
