Reminder add on that can be triggered by status changes

Looking for a reminder add on that works per user and can be set to trigger a reminder based on the change of status of an issue, so if Jim sets a reminder in an issue and 3 months later Kate moves the issue to another status, Jim would get a reminder alert (with a note) that he created X time ago. Could be useful for issues with multiple people working

I would recommend using jira automation. You can set rules trigger by transition and e-mail to specific user. In the body of that e-mail, you can use smart key values to pull the creation date of the ticket. Also, you can connect to your favorite chat tools like slack or teams to send a chat message reminder as well.
