Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×To start from beginning. For 4 weeks, we decided to change order and remove 2 columns in our Agile board.
Old: Backlog, Ready to deploy, ready to test, selected for dev, test, ready to review, review, done
New: Backlog,In progress, Review, Test, Done, Deployed (The example can be seen on the last picture)
The problem that we're having and can't find a way out is that when you click in a ticket a dropdown menu to change the status, we still see the old "Steps" (As seen on the first image).
Would much appreciate your help how to resolve this.
If what you need is remove old statuses, you must make changes in workflow. Otherwise, the old status will still appear in the issue view so you can switch to those status.
As far as I understand, what has been modified is the board configuration, which only means that at a visual level, columns have been renamed, but the mapped status (if you haven't modified the workflow) that appear are still the old ones.
If you have already created the new workflow with the new status, you must associate it to the project and then configure the board, mapping the status in the corresponding columns. If the status do not appear in columns of board, issues that are in those status will not appear, but you will still have the possibility to transition the issues to those status.
I hope this helps.
