My organization is making some important change in the work process that we have. We will create a new department that will be responsible for all Customer's projects. This department will receive requests that the sale team signed and they'll organize their own agenda based on priorities and will execute the work. We are talking about 20 t0 25 projects at any given time and with a team of 7 peoples. One project is usually between 3 days/man and 30 days/man.
My question is how should I organize their work ? I'm hesitant between a classic sprint project (with one epic per customer's project) or if I should try one "jira Work Management" per customer's project under a "overview" master.
It shoud be easy to configure (because I'm not that expert :-) ) and should help mainly for following project progression AND work planification per ressource...

One project per customer is a interesting idea... Would also love to see what others think before deciding
