Hi all,
I'm getting "Restricted to agents" under "Time to first response" and "Time to resolution" on the issue search page. Same result on multiple company & team-managed projects. I suspect these fields are tied to Service Desk, which we don't have.
Insights? Fix?
Yes , these fields related to Service Desk functionality and specially SLA feature.
You can simply remove them from the result column and it shouldn't be displayed again.
