Risk management for Jira Cloud

Hi

I am using JIRA cloud and none of the risk addons seem to be supported. 

Can anyone suggest a good way of tracking risks using the cloud instance?

I would prefer something that looks like this Agile risk management

This is specifically developed for product risk management (suitable also for safety-critical domain) but it is fully customizable for different risk management methods/approaches.
