Scriptrunner Behavior - get the issue type of the issue being created

Tom Hudgins

Hello,

I'm writing a SR Behavior and I need to know what the issue type of the issue being created is.

I don't see anything in the API that would give this to me.

I could make different behaviors - selecting a different issue type for each - but that's cumbersome and wasteful.

Thanks for any help

Hi @Tom Hudgins

Unfortunately, in ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud, this feature is not yet available.

At the moment, when setting up a Behaviour, you can specify the Issue Types that the Behaviour will take effect on.

For more information, please refer to the ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud documentation.

Thank you and Kind regards,

Ram
