Select sub-tasks to link to previous sub-task in Atlassian automation rule

Hi,

I have created an automation rule to clone a parent issue and it's sub-tasks.

I now also want to link the subtask to the previous subtask with a "Has to be done after" link. Only the first subtask should not get this link. 

How can I create this link in all subtasks except for the 1st one?

Please show us the rule you have constructed for cloning the subtasks. We can't really provide advice about changing your automation rule without seeing the details of that rule.
