Sentry app not working

Cannot get this servlet to load for sentry app... installed the app and clicked "Get Started" - I just get this error each time.

URL is: /plugins/servlet/ac/sentry.io.jira/post-install-sentry

Error shows as:

Turn off ad-blocker is the solution.

This looks like you followed the directions for connecting with the Server (aka "on-prem") version of Jira as opposed to Jira Cloud (SaaS).

There appears to be a Marketplace app for Sentry.  Link is here.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219432/sentry-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
