There are not pre-defined dashboards in Jira, but you can get some ideas from our IT Service Management team dashboard template. It comes with our paid app Ronin Dashboards for Jira (I'm vendor of this app), but you can still get ideas of the metrics and KPIs you can use, and replicate those with the gadgets of Jira.
By the way, if you miss something you used to use in ServiceNow, ping me, because we are working on that part right now (gorka at roninpixels dot com).

Maybe I should say this on this forum but I am used to ServiceNOW. Or just got that little more experience of the software than Jira.
Firstly I was wondering if there are any templates I can download and use them. By templates I mean other who have created a specific dashboard and then I use that
Secondly I have seen a dashboard on youtube which has two dimensional filter statistics. This is a table. I would like to create this.
Sorry to be slightly vague on this

Got it. So yes you can copy another dashboard and use it as a starting point and change as you see fit. Second yes there is a 2-D gadget and I use it frequently. Just click on add gadget and load all gadgets and the search for “two” and you will find it. If you go to support.Atlassian.com, click on the search and search for “dashboard” you will find a number of articles.
