Service Desk Portal

Hi, The service desk portal can only be configured with a service desk project and not Scrum or other project templates. Please suggest.

I’m on sure exactly what your goal is. You can create Kanban or Scrum board for a Jeera service desk project. At least I have done so previously. To do so just click on create board  and use the filter as the method. The filter can just simply point to you’re JSM project

We want to have a portal, in which members can fill fields, save it

and new request is raised in JIRA

The portal is designed search that a customer can open an issue or request in the form that they fill out is one that you have designed to include the necessary fields. So hopefully that is what you’re looking for and meet your needs

yes, how can we configure this portal with an existing Classic software project on JIRA ?

You cannot. Classic projects are associated with Jira software not Jira service management. Only JSM has the customer portal.
