Set up team members

I'm new in JIRA and I following this tutorial, https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/getting-started-with-jira-software-764477795.html#!guides/lead-a-software-team/set-up-team-members.

My problem is that I don't have the option User Management. I'm have jira-administrators and jira-software-users role.

Why can't I see that option?

Hi,

For this you must be added at group: site-admins.  

Click User Management -> select user -> Click "Add group" button
