Setting up incoming email

Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to setup an incoming email so that I can use it as a mail handler to create tickets from emails in certain projects.

I tried IMAP, IMPA Secure, POP, POP Secure, I checked that 2FA is off, I even created a new gmail account see if that works and nothing! 

I do have to make a note that I do not use Jira Service Management and I am on the paid standard plan. Does this affect the ability to add new incoming email and using it?

 

Could really use some advice on this! Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
