Show customer survey results in app Projectrak

Hey guys!

I would like to try the app Projectrak to customize an overview of all our projects. Furthermore we want to send surveys regularly to our customer. Can someone tell me if its possible to use jira to send surveys and show the results in Projectrak? If not how to solve this problem? Using another app for surveys? How to get the results in projectrak?

I want to use external information but can´t find a way to do it. Another question. Is it possible to display any charts in fields?
