Dear Atlassian community,
I need your help. I tried to change the filter of the board in a company-managed project so that also the issues of a team-managed project will appear. (We would like them to appear also in the company-managed project to observe the status of the issues). Now when I go to the 'issues' section of the company-managed project I see the issues of the team-managed one, but they do not appear in the board.
Is it generally possible to realise that or am I doing something wrong?
Help on that topic would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot!
You have to map the columns of the board as well.
Go to board settings > columns and map the unmapped statuses. Let me know if that worked!
Adding to Alex's answer...
Please consider treating this board showing company-managed and team-managed issues together as read-only. Otherwise users of the board could become confused by the different status values for the different projects types when they try to transition them.
Specifically, the status values' names could be repeated, e.g. In Progress, and be different status values; team-managed projects use different statuses for each project but company-managed ones can share them.
Kind regards,
Bill
