Site admin left company, need to recover

Our Jira instance, on the free plan, was created by someone who left the company about a year ago. We are looking to add features, but don't have access. We got partial access with their email address, but apparently that's not the email address that created the site in the first place.

Please open a ticket for us, so we can go through whatever verification you need and regain full admin access to our site.
