Smart Commits are not populating the JIRA comment tab from Github

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am trying to integrate Jira and GitHub for one client and came to know about the Smart commits. By using the below command, the commit message made from GitHub is not getting added to the Jira issue in which I am selected.
<ISSUE_KEY> #comment <comment_text>For eg. TES-1 #comment github integration
As you can see from the above image, I am able to get the development info like commits, pull requests, and branches. I tried syncing from the GitHub app in Jira as well but no luck. Could you please help me with this.
P.S: I am using the same email accounts for both Jira software and GitHub.
