Smart commits not processed

I've added this commit message on my repository:

[SEARCH & RESULS] NTC-29 #time 2h Clean up specified #comment Some other fields have been renamed and another ones removed. Queries refactorized from Query and Results screens of Follow-Up Activities.

The commit is accepted and I'm able to see it on my task panel:

What am I doing wrong?

The project is enabled to process smart commits.

I've tried with several commits and the result is he same: Comment and log work are not processed.

Any ideas to solve that?

I am having this same problem.  Apparently if the email/username associated with the commit doesn't match a JIRA user then the comment won't show up.  I've verified that I have that configured correctly but still can't get #comment to show up.
