Anyone know why the Sprint Burndown and the Sprint Progress gadget show different information please when viewing the Insights on a Sprint Board?
Thanks
Emma
Have you checked if any of the issues in the sprint have status values which are not mapped to the board?
If so, that could be both the defect noted below...and a problem for the team as the issues will not be visible on the board.

How does your Sprint Board look like?
Issues will only be burned if the "Done" status is in the last column of the Sprint board, otherwise issues aren't recognised as closed for reporting purposes

Hi @Marc - Devoteam it's not the Done value that we're noticing a difference in. We're noticing that the Sprint Progress gadget is showing 94 SPs left to do and the Burndown Chart is showing 89SPs to do

Can you check your sprint report what numbers are showing in the report of your current sprint?
Are there issues from another project, by mistake in the sprint?
I made a quick check on my own Jira and it took time to update on my side.
Do mind it's still a beta function, no a prod released one.
If you still keep experiencing issue, my advice is to raise an Atlassian Support issue on the topic

I've checked the Sprint Report already and that shows 94SPs as the Sprint Progress gadget does. There's no other issues from another Sprint and there's no delay when updating.
We know it's a beta function but even in beta, this sounds like a fairly big miss so asking here seemed worthwhile. We've opened a Bug now to see if we get an explanation.
