Sprint Report shows issue removed items wrong

Hi All, 

Having issues with Sprint report.  A story ticket was updated from previous sprint (Sprint Q4-2022 to Sprint Q1-2023). This sprint update was done before the current sprint Sprint Q1-2023 started. 

But I see the story ticket in current Sprint report under "Issues removed from Sprint" section. Is that correct?

Yes, that's correct here. 

As when you have the sprint report after completion; the reports will be accurate, and the removed entry doesn't affect sprint health
