Story Point

I am trying to give story point 1 to 10 setup, is there is any table how to give story in what basis ,  what are criteria to give.

usually, Story Points are based on Fibonacci sequence. Please take a look to the following articles :

There is not a specific table to use for that purposes. Team itself should improve the estimation process during sprint planning and sprint review.
