I have created below Swimlanes in JIRA(in order)

To Start

Dev in Progress

Ready for UAT

UAT in Progress

Ready for review

Review in Progress

Done

When i  move stories from Dev in Progress to Ready for UAT the story is not visible in 'Ready for UAT' swimlane. when i move the same story(going thru Issue tab) from Ready to UAT --> UAT in progress the story appears in UAT in progress.

Same issue happens when i move story from UAT in Progress to Ready for Review, the story doesn't appear in 'Ready for Review' Swimlane.

I can see the stories in the other swimlanes except Ready for UAT and Ready for Review.

The above Swimlanes are created based on my workflow that.

Hi @Mayank.Bhardwaj

Are these Swimlanes or Columns?

These look like statuses, so they'd usually be in columns (title of the status at the top of the page, cards listed below them)

If these are also in swimlanes, can I clarify the need to have statuses in both?

------------------

If this is columns, I'd check the statuses are mapped. As the Board Admin:

  1. Go to Options (3-dots icon) > Board Settings > Columns
  2. Ensure statuses are mapped to a column - there should be no statuses in the right-hand "unmapped column"

If this is fine, check the filter:

  1. Go to Board Settings > General
  2. Review the filter query - ensure that issues in these statuses aren't being removed by the filter

------------------

If this is swimlanes, then I'd still check the two suggestions above.

If neither are an issue:

  1. Go to Board Settings > Columns
  2. Check the JQL for each swimlane is correct

------------------

If all of this looks fine, let us know so we can research further.

Screenshots of your filter, column layout and swimlane layout from your Board Admin settings would be ideal so we can advise more specifically.

Thanks Stephen...

It was really helpful... I managed to solve the issue by editing the filter query,
