The field "Story Point" is missing on jira borad for one project. Same was fixed last month and all of sudden the Story point field has again disappeared. Project admin also can't able to see while create tickets. Old tickets its visible
How was it fixed last time?
Are you working with a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?
The following applies to a Company Managed project.
Have you checked the issue layout available from the Configure option in the lower right corner of the issue view?
Check if the Story Points field is in the Hide When Empty section.
Does the Story Points field show up anywhere in the Layout screen?

Is the project a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left when you are viewing the project.
If it is, then it sounds like the field was removed from the Create Issue screen.
Go to Project Settings > Issues > Screen. You will see the Issue Type Screen Scheme associated with the project (1). The page will show you the Screen Schemes associated with the different types of issues in your project (2). Expand the screen schemes (3) to see the screens (4) associated with the issue operations Create, Edit, and View.
The screen(s) associated with the Create Issue operation will need to be modified to add the Story Points field to them.
