My team uses a board to direct their workload. Each person has an individualized section of the board with their specific workload (to do/in progress/ etc).
Under the TO DO column on the board, they would like to see all the subtasks to which they are assigned. Is it possible to do this?
Thank you,
Allison
Hi @Allison Reece,
You could try the Wallboard gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app.
This gadget can display the content of a Jira board along with sub-tasks. In this example, in green color we have the parent tasks (stories, tasks) and with yellow color the sub-tasks. The colors can be customized.
The gadget also supports quick-filters and swim lanes. You could configure it to display swim-lanes by assignees, and this way you will get a lane for each team member, showing the tasks and subtasks assigned to them.
Please note that this app offers many other gadgets that you will find useful. Take a look over the articles from our blog to make an idea:
I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@stonikbyte.com.
Thank you,

Hello @Allison Reece
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?
Are you working with a Software Project or a Business/Work Management project?
Both those questions can be answered by looking up you project on the Projects > View All Projects page and checking the Type column.
If you are using a Software project, are you using a Kanban board or a Scrum board? And do you have the Swimlanes (a.k.a. Group By) option set?
Will the person assigned to a subtask also be the same person assigned to the parent task?
