Summary in JIRA Scrum template

All the templates other than the JIRA Scrum template have a summary page which is very much useful and provides detailed insights and different reports.

Why the scrum template doesn't have such a summary page and reports?

I'm not sure what you mean by "all templates". I see the Summary page as an option only for Jira Work Management type projects  I don't get a Summary page for any Software project templates (Scrum, Kanban, or Bug Tracking).

Are you seeing this type of page on projects that say "Business" below the project name in the navigation pane on the left and for ones that say "Software" or "Service"?

That's what I was trying to ask. Is this summary page available only on Jira Work Management type projects? It's useful there and felt that a page like one will be useful for Software project templates (Scrum) as well.

Is there any way that we can get something like the summary page with the metrics and details in software project templates?

It doesn't appear that the page is or can be made available for other types of projects. You would try to reconstruct the page for other types of projects by creating a Dashboard and adding gadgets to it.

There might be a change request for that, but I have not found it so far.
