From server side is active(running), but unfortunately taking more to open jira app (DC)
we've not updated any patches/updates from our end, but taking longer time to open the app and sometimes it get 502 error or proxy error.

Check your memory is available or not.If not kindly increase the memory or free off some memory. This might be also because of some plugins. Kindly do check on that.
