Hi there - how can I see who is consistently meeting the SLA of time to first response and time to resolution each month?

I am using cloud and have scriptrunner and custom charts plugin.

I would like to create a leaderboard for my team and the rest of the department.

I recommend the SLA Time and Report for Jira Cloud add-on with a table and charts showing the time to the first response and time to resolution each month and many more (according to selected filters and configuration settings).
You can compare users with each other and determine who was the most efficient. This add-on may even be able to replace the one you have already installed.
