Team creation not reflecting correctly under people tab

Despite creating this team repeatedly it is not reflecting under my "People" tab or appearing in team searches 

I have tried refreshing the page multiple times and am a member of these teams myselfGD Team.PNGPeople Tab.PNGAnaplan Team.PNG
