We do not want our staff using Start Time / End Time fields as a timer. It would be good to have ability to remove Start Time / End Time fields  from the dialog via configuration.

Another enhancement would be to also allow configuration of duration to round to quarter hour as we only bill to the quarter hour.   We are instructing staff currently to enter time only by the quarter hour.
