I'm really hoping someone can assist. I am the admin for my company and all of a sudden on Friday afternoon, Tempo stopped working for me. Nobody else is having issues. It' almost as if it doesn't exist. I click on Tempo and I get a blank screen. On a task, I click to add tempo time and it's also blank. Any idea what I may have accidentally changed?
Is the app still active in the manage app section?
Is tempo set as the main item for logging time?
If both are still there, I would reach out to Tempo support and even in case it's not an issue on their side then contact Atlassian support.
Yes, both of those are true and it's just so odd that it stopped working on Friday afternoon but only for me. Everyone else in the company seems to be fine.

Are you not in the default group to be able to use Tempo, or have you been removed from a Team related to the project you work on.
Or has someone made changes to permission schemes in the system?
It can be a lot of options.
Are you still able to access Tempo on the app level?
