I have migrated my jira from server to cloud using jira migration assistant more than two weeks ago... everything looks fine except for tempo worklogs [ it was correctly migrated because I made sure of this using jira cloud rest api and the response included all the worklog for a given issue] , but it doesn't show it on UI [ only remaining time and estimated time are shown but logged time is empty and also contributors is empty].
Is it a sync problem or what?
And what should I do to show logged time with right value on screen?
Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo Support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this.
