The command prompt is automatically closing while iam starting jira.

I have listen that when command prompt is shut down automatically there is a problem with jdk. But I dont know how to resolve it. Can anyone help me.

@anvesh reddy  , do explain more. You have categorized this question as cloud but looks like you are starting a standalone JIRA.

Explain the step you perform with screenshots and look at the jira logs.
