Time tracking

My users log time in tempo,which is further shown in time tracking in jira. now, I want to create a field against issue and autopopulate this value. How to achieve it

What is the pity of the field you want to create? What type of data do you want to record? What data do you want to put into it automatically?

Is this for a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?
