We are trying to setup a Change Control method where the first column (backlog) is prep work, then gets moved to the "Submitted for Approvals" column for Change Management team to approve.
We'd like to have emails sent when an item gets submitted for approval so that the team can know and coordinate with other work being done.
We have changed the project's email address and applied to "issue moved" but cannot seem to get it to trigger.
You need to ensure that you have the proper Notifications setup to notify the role/group. You should check Generic Event and Issue Updated.
Won't that trigger an email for everything? Was trying to just get certain actions to send notifications.
I think I've also tried your suggestions correctly (image attached) but I still cannot get email sent out.
