Unable to access Jira project

I have been sent an invitation to join a project. But every time I press on the Join the team link to collaborate, it sends me to the Atlassian start page: start.atlassian page.

Would be glad if I could get any help regarding this issue.

Can you provide a screen image of what you see?

Were you expecting the invitation? Do you know who invited you?
