Unread/Read Visual Indication for Issues in a List

I am curious if there is a simple way (or add-on) that can give you a visual indication if your filtered list of issues you are viewing is read/unread.

Something similar to this add-on below for Jira Server, but for Jira Cloud.  If not, what are the work-arounds folks have been using?

  I do not know of any apps that provide this functionality for cloud or of any workarounds to get something similar.  There is a product called status color pro that allows you to change the color of status but I really don't think it would meet your needs.
