Uploading or copy/paste images into an issue description or comment keeps failing

When we are briefing tasks and testing/approving work we use screen shots and the upload and copy/paste keep failing.

I have tried everything and it either looks like its pasting and then tells me to retry but you can retry 10 times and nothing changes. Or the image greys out and so does the save button so you can't move on.

Same with uploading - it goes to the upload catalogue but then you cannot add it to your issue.

This has always happened occasionally but now I am lucky to get every 10th try to work.

Any ideas?

Have you tried the basic browser troubleshooting? Is it just you having this problem or all users on your site? If you try with a different browser, or a private browsing window, do you still have the problem?
