Hello,
We're looking to set up a suggestion box for our customers within our desktop software. At present, the workflow we're thinking of is to insert a link into our software that directs the customer to a Hubspot webform. This webform would collect the customer's contact info and details about their suggestion to deposit into our hubspot CRM.
We want to setup an automated workflow wherein Jira Software generates a ticket using the data gathered by the CRM. This ticket includes all the same info, plus potentially any customer info the CRM already contains. Thus the workflow looks like this:
Customer using desktop software clicks link ->
Customer directed to webform ->
Customer completes webform ->
Data sent to Hubspot ->
Jira notified of new submission ->
Jira creates ticket ->
Jira stores all webform info + any relevant Hubspot info within ticket
The bolded steps are where we're looking for help. We're aware of the plugin for CRM Hubspot that pulls customer details to pair with a ticket, but automating ticket creation in the first place we could use help with. Does anyone have experience with or suggestions for the integration here?
If you want to integrate Hubspot and Jira you can go through Unito, it will automatically sync your two workspaces. You can make the syncs bilateral or unilateral. Here is their website that explains how to sync the two. https://unito.io/hubspot-sync/ Hope this helps!
